The main entrance is located in Piazza Mantegna, via an elevated pronaos with seven steps, equipped with handrails, on either side of the majestic façade.

There is an entrance that is accessible to all from Piazza Leon Battista Alberti, where there is a barrier-free pathway surfaced with tactile flooring for the visually impaired which makes it possible to reach the elevated level of the pronaos. Of the three doors present, the one on the left is equipped with a wooden ramp to overcome a step.
